As a employee I am most of the times a Yes person as i need to follow my superior most of the times or else if i contradict i am in the risk of being fired which I do not like to happen as i currently enjoy my job. The income is not really high but it is better than none at all as i could buy my needs and pay my bills. Though,i like to become the boss of my own business it is still far from now and i better of to be a obedient employees rather than unemployed. have a great day!

This is a necessary attitude to maintain in every endeavor as patience is a virtue, though in any field their is a rules to follow if you really like to stay for so long even if their is a contradiction. have a nice day!

hello there... right now, i am no longer working and so i don't have a boss anymore... but when i am still working, i think im a type who obey first...yeah, usually i don't contradict with my boss, i just go with her decisions but sometimes i also share my opinion when asked...hehe but there are also times that i do something base on my own style, but in a way that don't contradict with my boss...i mean, even if i have different way, it will still give same result as my boss wants...

hi there... well, as far as i am concern, i always wanted to work in a place where there's peace & harmonious relationship that's why i don't usually contradict & argue to people around me, specially to my boss... i know where to position myself and know when to speak and not. i always keep on my mind something that i hear from my professor way back..."never leave bad words to your employer's mouth" and "obey first before you complain" huh! so as for me, as long as my rights are not violated, i will do my job and obey my superiors...

My boss let me work with all the liberty and he just cares about the results, so I feel very comfortable. Sometime if there's a generic problem, I'll discuss with him, but in general, I do on my own. But I always respect him, anyway, he's much older than me in age as well as in experience, so I listen to him carefully.

I always did what the boss told me to do. I did make some suggestions to them though that I thought would work out better. Some of my suggestions got used and others did not.

I do my best to get along with my bosses. Always make sure they get their money's worth...and ya, I am usually very cooperative....but..... I am very open to questioning what they are doing if I really believe that it is wrong.....ya know, no sir, I will not pack those, not until they have the grommets in them that I know are supposed to be there.....that kind of stuff.... and well, they seem to be learning that I tend to do my best if I am for the most part just left alone.....

boss and staff - For most staffs, the best way to lower your workplace stress is to improve your relationship with the boss.
It is obvious that it is not wise to contradict with our bosses. As far as I know, most staffs tend to try to get along with their bosses other than contradict with them. You see, if you have a good relationship with your boss, then you can increase your workplace happiness daily and have more chances to improve yourselves. Otherwise, you may have to work under big pressure. Although people have to spend some time and efforts to get along with bosses, it is really worthful. For the long run, you can work steadily if you have a strong relationship with your boss.
