What are your Merits in "Crisis Management"...

hi baluyadav, whenever I met a crisis situation which need to be delegated on then it is the time that I perform crisis management. Though, i make sure that i know the sources of conflict and make an investigation. Then, resolve it immediately or if the crisis is involving more serious matter and i am not the best person to resolve especially if i am not in the position to do so. i make sure to consult the problem to my superior or if i am a part of the team to make a meeting to resolve it through deciding the appropriate techniques to be uses that the crisis would not affect our productivity may it be in terms of financial or personal maters specially which involves the company image, Then, in terms of individual perception. If it is highly personal i opt to resolve it by myself as i know that the problem could be handle by me alone and who else is the best person to consult is the self itself as I am the one involves so it is only right that i resolve it with my own ability to gives light and justice on the problem. While, in terms of financial, i see to it that most financial problems involves the lack of money. Although, I have my own work i need to save a lot and get away from debt that is the only things i could think of to persevere more and becomes more productive at work, with that I could receive my salary and this the time i would have now the money to resolve my financial crisis.

I go through all kinds of crisi every single day of my life. Sometimes they are different and sometimes they are the same. I just deal with them the best way I know how, to make things better and to get past it.
