Hi,Friend, the possible side effects of using sugar substitutes-
1]women who consumed a high amount of aspartame complained of worse premenstrual
syndrome symptoms.
2]Sugar substitutes can cause people to over indulge because they think they are
not consuming as many calories.
3]Aspartame is a non-saccharine artificial sweetener and the possible side effects of aspartame on humans include headaches, brain
tumors, brain lesions, and lymphoma.
These i read in different sites.

It seems that there are no apparent proofs that prove sugar substitute are really bad for our health. But until now, I've heard lot of talks about how sugar substitute are really bad for you.
In my eyes, anything not natural is not good for anyone. So, it is not strange that there are many people who remain suspicious of all sugar substitutes even though extensive research has not found any significant health concerns.
If one has sugar substitutes everyday, I strongly advise natural honey for all your sugar substitute necessities. Compared with the natural sugars, these sugar substitutes may lead to some side effects on our body.

Hi, Fulltank! I do not have facts to back any of what i am saying up, just personal opinion. I do think using sugar substitutes are bad for our health. The reason being is there are so many chemicals that go into making them, and then we just put those chemicals into our bodies. The real thing does go through a refining process, but it is pure sugar. I personally will take real sugar anyday over the substitutes.
