Hi Velocity, Yes i do. I need to look after my son who is still up and hyper the whole night and will just go to bed around 4-5 am. it's really hard for me because i need to prepare myself then for work. so you can just imagine how sleepy i am at work. but i am getting used to this kind of sleeping style!

My whole world of sleep has been screwed up, since I had to quit full time work in 2005! When I was working, I could work all day, and then at night I was ready for some sleep and rest, and I did sleep and rest very good! But since 2005, I only work occasionally, so I have trouble sleeping at night, I just don't need any sleep because I'm not tired! At the most I will sleep about three hours, and then I'm not sleepy anymore! I'm also up in age, so I don't need that much sleep anymore! Also, I was taking care of my parents at home, and they needed care 24/7, so sometimes I was up in the middle of the night! Actually I just kept on going until I just got plain sleepy, then I would sleep, and then be ready to go again! At night when the day is done, I have to do some work on the computer to wear me down, then I have to listen to music for about 30 minutes to an hour, until I get sleepy!

LOL. Yes that is my habit because my job requires me to work from 10:30p- to 7:30a So I am up all night long when all the "normal" people are asleep in bed. I have been doing this for over 10 years now so it is very much a habit. It was hard to adjust the first couple of years were a bit tough to get enough sleep. Now after all this time it is a lot easier.. I find that on my 2 days off. I stay up a little later and fall asleep by 5pm and wake up at 3am and then I am up for the rest of the day. Thankfully we have computers -so we can now find something to do at 3am. :)

I like to stay up all night and write. I am trying to write some horror stories at the moment, and it is much easier for me to work at night when it is dark around me. When I go to school my classes don't till the afternoon, so I am usually able to get some sleep before I have to get up. In the past I have had a couple of jobs where I worked during the night and slept during the day, and I liked that lifestyle, it was perfect for a night owl like me. Sometimes my neighbours were pretty noisy, but I was still able to sleep during the day when I had been to work.
