What is the best content of a blog to attract traffic?

Ok, I am planning on create a website and a blog page myself. And as all other members doing, I would like to attract some traffic coming to my site and blog place. I just wonder what will be the best content to attract more people coming to see, and bring more traffic for the ads such as google adsense? I will be my first one to try, and I just not so sure what I want to write on my blog. Any suggestion and what are the most common content that attracts people?

How are you today?
When I was trying to get some traffic to a site that I was working on I went thru Twitter and Facebook. I would send PM to some people on that site and tell them about it. It worked pretty good. I just no longer working on that site. Give it try the response could be great.

I had considered those choices too. But first, I must have significant amount of followers on twitter, and some friends from facebook. I would try to do that, and hopefully I can bring some people to see my blog anyway.

Hmm... well, there are many popular niches, and popular topics have pros and cons to consider. the pros are that there will be many visitors available, as the topic is popular and everyone will want to see content related to that. The cons is that you will have a lot of conpetitors on your blog, and therefore it may be hard to get your blog noticed.
What I suggest is for you to find the topic that you most like. Content creates traffic, and good content creates good traffic. If you like something, you will post something good on it. But if you don't and blog only for getting money, then people will not want to read your stuff.
