Acai berry or Pomegranate fruit: what is the healthiest food among these two?  |

| I read lots of articles about the goodness of Acai(a kind of berry that grows prominently in the Amazon rainforest of Brazil and never cultivated in other continent so far)in fact Dr. Perricone, celebrated American dermatologist, mentioned Acai (when he guested at Oprah) as the number one superfood in the world today which carries almost all nutritional punches, it has the most anti-aging properties so far. But Pomegranate seems shared the billing, according to Dr. Howard Murad, another US renowned dermatologist owner of Murad cosmetics, declared Pomegranate as the number one anti aging fruit in the world today. It's just so appalling what's the truth. I want to try the food supplements made from Acai or Pomegranate but then it's just too expensive to buy both that I want to choose the best among them. | | | | | |
