Can you make icecream well? I am not getting it friend.

Making ice creamis easy. Buy blue bird or any other ice cream mix and follow the instructions, I think we need 400 gms of sugar. Take 500 gms of milk, boil it and add ice cream mix little by little and stir it so as to not to form lumps and add sugar and let it boil for a few mts. let it cool. Churn it in the mixile and keep it in the fridge and see that the temperature is set to maximum. After 1 hr take it out and churn in the mixie and keep it back in the freezer. Repeat this process 3 times. Finally while churning for the 3rd time, add 200 gms of fresh cream and run the mixie for 1 minute and set in the freezer for 2 hrs, covering with a plastic lid or any other thick glossy paper. It is done

I do make soft smooth icecream and 1]you must use full cream milk.2]you can use icecream stabiliser and GMS to get a smooth texture.Secondly , you must beat it well ina blender when it is half frozen.Adding milk powder [after dissolving it in milk and boiling it] would help.If you can afford to take in extra calories you can add cream to it.You can use two tbspoons of custard or 1 tbspoon of cornflour while boiling the milk[last].Try out any of these tricks .You may get smooth soft icecream.Add melted chocolate to vanilla, garnish it with some nuts and the trick is complete.[I also caramelise sugar and add it to this.
