stress cause women to bleed nose

Maybe. Wow, how stressful is that? Maybe due to excessive headaches caused by stress. Or maybe, pressure inside the head thourh excessive headahces caused by stress makes the capillaries in the nose burst, leading to nosebleeding.

yes..i believe that stress may cause bleeding to some point it depends on how bigger the problem is.i experience of can't sleep even i drink milk or read some books so when i am under stress i tend to do something else to keep busy and forgetting that i have problems.i also listen to soothing music and do some other stress management to lessen my worries and so that i able to sleep soundly at night.
