Why some people,despite of their poor education end up having highly paid jobs?

One of my relatives have good qualification and talent.But when it came to employment he has received only a poor job with less and delayed salary.I have seen a lot of guys with poor backgrounds working in very good companies and earning 4 times of his salary.When it comes to communication skills,he is much above them.What is his demerit and where does he need priority.This is going to be an introspection to solve all his problems.

Perhaps he does not interview well. Maybe he is not doing something right during the interview process, or perhaps his resume is not done well. He should practice interviewing with a friend and have a couple of people look at his resume to see if it is done well and with out errors. That is what I would suggest.
