I have been craving cabbage alot lately. I have made cole slaw, kraut burgers, stir fry, and I made a really good casserole the other day. You take 1 lb of ground meat, I used Italian flavored turkey, half a head of cabbage, a onions, fry the in olive oil. the layer a greased casserole pan with meat, cheese, and crescent rolls, and repeat. Then I baked at 350 for about 40 minutes. It was delicious!
Does anybody have any other yummy cabbage recipes?

That sounds good. Cabbage is so good for us. I put cabbage in my vegetable soup. It is really good with tomatoe soup in the broth. I also like to brown up some hamburger, add some tomato pase and some cooked rice. Mix it all together wrap it up in cabbage leaves to make cabbage rolls, put them in a baking pan pour a little tomato sauce over them and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cabbage leaves are soft enough to eat.
