Cant wait to my yummy Thanksgiving turkey is done. I make Thanksgiving dinner every year and I enjoy it very much. Right now I have the Turkey and the pies in the oven, than I will put the stuffing in when the pies are done after that I will start the sweet potatoes. I will be making more then that but thats just some of the food I am making today. Do you cook Thanksgiving dinner every year?

I am 56 yrs old, I've lived away from my parent's home since I was 22 and I have NEVER made my own Thanksgiving. The one year my parent's kitchen was torn up in a remodel, I had it at a friend's. Since then I've either had it at mom's place at the Manor or at my brother's girlfriend (this year) or my roomie's folks - or BOTH.

It's nice that you have Thanksgiving Day in your country, we don't have one in our country and have been wishing the government will realize we need to declare one specific day for Thanksgiving also. If this happens I will surely cook all the best food I could ever afford!

We got so busy this week that I forgot to get the turkey out of the freezer, until this morning when I realized it was still frozen, so this year we are having chicken thighs and stuffing instead of turkey. When you blow it just change the menu and hope for the best. We ave giving thanks which is what is important. Enjoy

I never cook for Thanksgiving. If anyone does the cooking, it's my mom or aunt. I'm only 19, and I'm actually a vegetarian..So of course I don't cook turkey. lol. But I love the mashed potatoes, man!
