What are somethings you just dont want to know ?

This discussion has stemmed for another that I just wrote that I cant enjoy movies as I use dto because I now know that it is not real,so I guess my first answer to this question would be that I wish I didnt know that movies are real lol.On a serious note though I have been told that knowledge is power but is all knowledge power ,would you for example want to know that the chef just spit into the meal you ate (sorry for the graphic nature) Any other forms of knowledge you dont want to have ?

YUCK, I sure wouldn't want to know someone spit in my food. That might be grounds for murder, lol. The only thing that popped in my head when i read this & this happened over 30 years ago. i pretty much thought my ex was cheating on me but i guess i didn't want to know for sure. I never got out & tried to catch him.

Lol yes knowing that someone is spitting in your food is awful and I guess you wish you could knwo before you eat it but not after .With regards to a suspecting a cheating ex ,well the only way is to catch him red handed but then again maybe not

You are right and I stronly agree with it you dont want to know all. As it really hurts when u know alot. U go thru the troulbe twice once for knowing and secndly when u want to express it to someone who is not aware of it.

There are a few tricks I Never want to know about. Like how they split The Red Sea for The movie The Ten Commandments. And how the filmed the chariot scene Ben Hur.Also, I don't want to know anything your or any other friend's secrets. I don't want to know any info you don't want me to know. if you tellme a secret , that's okay. but I don't want to fall upon your secret(s) without you telling me.

Hi, Ronny! By the time I completed my Master's Degree in Cinema, I couldn't watch movies at all. I missed the stories completely, totally concerned with production values and things the director did poorly, or ways I would have preferred the writing to be done. After several years, I got to the point that I can either watch it as a movie or as a study, and I prefer it this way. I would want to know if a chef spit into my dinner, so I could not eat it. I don't think there's anything I don't want to know, although there are some things I prefer not to see. I can't stand violence or blood and gore, in films or in life, so I don't want to see them at all. I also don't want to see people starving, although I'll do just about anything to help them.

Seriously..I don't want to know ignorance. I don't want to know arrogance, or hatred. Of course, its a bit late unless wishes are filled retroactively.. On a not so serious note..I don't want to know about the exploits of radioactive turtles or spiders or similar such silly..uh..stuff.. I don't want to know what my meal had for its last supper, especially if its seafood.. I don't want to know what the celebrity world is doing, nor do I care why, unless it has social value.. I don't want to know if your child(ren) is natural or adopted. I jusy want to know that they're loved and cared for.. Enjoy!
