I was talking to someone and they told me they were being harassed by someone in the workplace via work email system. So, naturally, I ask how many emails they got and they told me just one. I've always talked to people in the past who told me people were bothering them on the phone and when I ask how many calls they recieved they said one. Maybe it's just me, but do you consider one call/email/ect. harassment?
