I just ask this interesting question after watching a sequel over the TV about a husband who is blind and a wife who is deaf. Even with those impairment, they still have a happy simple life. They even have a kid (a normal one). Would these be a candidate for a true real life story about happy ending story?
Can you sight other examples of great love in real life?

...Hi Fulltank, If you can't hear someone, sometimes it's an asset.
I am not being funny, men get tired of their wives nagging them, women get tired of their husband's telling them to stop spending so much money. Perhaps the way to stay together is not to listen to any of it. If you can't see a person then I think you
then, actually you have too, get to know them based on their character and your feelings for the person beyond their looks and I think that is a good thing. In this type of relationship, the two work out a communication system, as long as the blind person can learn or has learned how to type, the deaf person can read their words.
The deaf person would have to have a machine that translates written words into sound for the blind person, I think such a tool exists, if not I just gave some inventor an idea. Or the deaf person would give their messages in braille to the blind person. I saw two little people on television who had gotten married and had a normal sized baby, and were trying to have another child at the risk of the mother's health so that the first child would have sister or brother. Quite amazing. Happiness comes in all shapes and sizes. Take it easy.

Hmmm.. First and foremost, nobody can really know the perfect formula for love, and since everyone is capable of loving, I don't see why people with impairments could not do the same.
The wife is deaf, but she can speak. He is blind, but he can hear her. Perhaps it's in the way she talks that made him love her, in the same way, his gestures or his physical appearance as well as his character made her fall in love with him as well.

I met a boy who was blind and deaf ,it was a eye opening experience. It was amazing how his dad and him communicated through touch.I missed the show you speak of ,but do know where there is a will there is a way. It takes a lot of love and patients .I can only hope that all have such happy endings ,with chances to thrive in life .So many people choose to alienated because of others ignorance.I have even seen parents who want nothing to do with their own children, because of handicaps of some sort . It seems their are many good loving people to take these children, under them wing giving them what they need. Acceptance,Patience and Love.
