Does your dog take Glucosamine?

I have an old dog that is starting to have trouble getting up after taking a nap. Someone said Glucosamine can help. Has anyone tried it yet for their dog?

I don't have a dog, but I use glucosamine myself and it has helped me with chronic knee pain. I'm not sure it works the same for dogs, but it is worth a try.

I know I have taken it myself too. Just want to be sure it works the same for animals.

I have a dog who is 6yrs he is having trouble with jumping up on the bed and going up and down the stairs took him to the vet he gave him 3 scripts and gave him some of the glucosamine to help with his joints
