Do you enjoy watching gory scenes?

I love the special affects that horror films now deliver, I think the Final Destination films are pretty horrific in the gore factor and they are addictive viewing, the 2nd film especially is probably the most goriest out of all of the four films in the franchise. Last night I watched the new updated Friday 13th with Jason but that isn't as scary or as frightening or certainly not as gruesome or gore infested as Final Destination. I love the gore scenes in Hostel and no it's just a fascination, I have always enjoyed horror films and yes there is a lot of creativity and certainly imagination that goes behind the scenes. The horror film has to be realistic to appreciate it. Zombie and monsters do not do it for me, wherea Final Destination and Hostel could actually happen! I am sure you enjoy the Saw films too as they can be quite gory in places.

hello there! you are right, now a days film makers were able to present films that are almost true and perfect! You can actually see how meticulous they make those special effects, the effort and the time they spent to finish a great horror film is really amazing. I like watching it, but since it is really scary and gory I happen to turn it off (the tv) sometimes because, it freaks me out. Hahaha! Oh there are a lot of scene in "Final Destination" that are really scary. Ughhh! the blood and gory scene are too much for me. Hahaha! Happy Lotting!

I used to enjoy it a lot when I was younger however now I am so much older these scenes no longer entice me ,I guess I must be maturing as well.I must admit though that the final destination movies are not bad ,I have seen movies that are far more gruesome but not for me anymore .
