They are totally confused, and she wanted to open the window...

wmraul that was funny and sweet and loving and ow wow this
is making me teary eyed.they are just simple people but the
love they show makes it heart warming and funny and oh just
wow, thanks for putting this in the discussion. we get so
insulated here in the US we forget the problems others have in
other countries yet the common bond is there, they want to
connect with their son. this was fun thanks again. great discussion.

Hatley, your comment about the woman who wanted to know where the "any" button was had me laughing till tears came to my eyes! That was great and the cup holder as well.

hi raul this reminds me of a friend of ours who used to work in a computer help place and his job was to take phones calls and the woman complained that the cup holder on the computer was not big enough. come to find out she meant the slide out that holds the discs she thought it was for holding a cup of coffee. also she wanted to know where the any button was, he sounded puzzled and she said you know when you make an error with your password it says to push any button, so where is the darned any button.by now mike was about to strangle to keep from laughing.

What a funny and great video. I remember trying to teach someone to use the computer recently (it wasn't quite that bad) but the same fear, "What if I break it?" Must be a fear that transcends all when dealing with new technology for those that have not had any experience with it. I really laughed when the dad says it looks like an open sign on a door, and she says but I don't see a window anywhere! This was great. Thanks for posting it.
