This posting is not meant to be disrespectful in any way, but it is more out of curiousity of the public's perception of things,I was just wondering about the sexchange operations on transvestites,
then after few years later, when all the hormone shots have done their job, operation was successful,
they have in all respects transformed or blossomed into a well formed sensual attractive woman, having normal relationships with guys as a woman should have, all that comes with it and sundry, still, can the underlying question be resolved? Born a man, with parts, internal and external, that only can be associated with a man.,accepted, temperament of a girl, identity as a girl, then the operation, removes the part most identified as being a man and surgeons reconstruct
internally a woman's parts into the man's body what they are able to,as far as science will permit,
And us humans have the ability to do that now.
After all that..can they be accepted as women..? More feminine than most women, all the parts of a woman inplace, except for some internal stuff.reproductive section.Externally nothing left to show they were once men,
The single most important question of all..are they finally women? or not?
All personal feelings aside, ponder this objectively..it will be interesting to see your responses if any.

I think while you can use sugery to change a person's looks, it doesn't change who they are as people. It is all up to the mind to decide how they feel. You can act, sound act, like a woman, but unless they believe they are then there is really no change.
Some things are only skin deep.

All that is fine and good, personally i m of the school of live and let live, whatever we were born to and choose to become ,ultimately, its our life we are living out, its our turn to exist and with the time we have in the world as it is, go with what feels natural and good and be as happy and content as we can while we still can.
Actually coming back to my posting,it is very much an accepted thing already in many countries, the sexchange issue, some countries are even willing to accept the new feminine identities and issue I.Ds to that effect..Even for me personally, those who did d surgery and reemerged with their new personalities,i dont find it difficult at all to see them as ladies,
Still, the question i am posing here is ,granted, its a accepted thing, no big deal , but minus off how they feel,or behave, or believe what they wish to be..
but in the truest sense of the words "male or female: The so call natural order of things.? Where do they stand? AGAIN..OBJECTIVELY..SPEAKING..!

hi bryanwmc yes it is really possible and some people have'
done this.my friend Mike David is gay and he has finally married
Deborah who was a girl stuck in a mans body, she always did
look more girl than guy. she had the surgery necessary
to convert her male body to a female body. it was a success and the two ofthem are very happy now. she had a voice like a womans alto, she is very talented and sings, and play in a band. they have a wonderful life together now.
