a part of the baby's life. She just sat there with a look on her face like she was conflicted on that part of it. So, of course, we know that there will be some kind of issue over that after the baby is born.

I noticed that too. I know that Lily and Cane promised to allow Mac to be part of the baby's life. I really can not see Mac stealing the baby or stealing Cane for that matter. Mac has a big heart, that's what I like about her. I think Mac would like it very much if Billy would be more supportive. Billy can be so selfish. As much as I like Mac I feel that sometimes she lets her heart get in the way of her making decisions.

Yeah, I think it'll be hard for Mac to give the baby up. I imagine most surrogates have already had children before -- it must be especially hard emotionally to give up your first born. It's not like she can just hand the baby off and forget about him/her either. She'll be seeing Cane and Lily regularly. If she ends up stealing the baby (or steals Cane to get to the baby), that wouldn't be a very Mac-like thing to do though.

Mac wants to do the right thing for Lily and Cane but she will become attach to the baby she is carrying for them. Lily and Cane did reassure Mac that they wanted her to be a part of the baby life. We could not have one storyline were everything turn out good.
