What could be better than chocolate and ice cream?

[b]According to me, there is o other option for chocolate and ice cream.. because, we cannot find anything that tastes as chocolate and ice cream... who said chocolate and ice cream are not good for health.. if we eat limitedly then everything is good for health.. Are we eating that only good for health comparison.. No.. so, enjoy the life as much as you can in a good way... [/b]

I think nuts are a good alternative.....firstly they are chewy and do have somewhat of a sweet taste...like peanuts..once you chew them up you do get a bit of relief from wanting something sweet......they are also very good for you!

hi jenaisle, you know what, it seems hard to find food that are better than these two without getting some huge amount of calories or fat.lolz. I have red some articles about sweeteners or artificial sugar..that may cause us some side effects. I learnt that not because a food is zero-sugar (like some softdrinks/sodas claiming) means healthy...most of them used artificial sweeteners that will make you more fat and unhealthy. I think the only alternative way is to eat fruits....well it is a bit "boring" hahaha, unlike those ice cream and chocolate...but we can't obviously cheat our taste buds and health. Happy Lotting!
