I was writing there for a long time and got to the minimum but it resteted to zero/ does anybody got money from this site?

Hi, I am just joining with Shvoong, and agree with some responses that shvoong earning very slow. But, more than that, I am really confused now after read some negative about shvoong. Have you got the solution on your problem now? Have you been paid now? Let's share your experience about this site.

i agree, shvoong is not a scam. i have also written on other content sites, and to be frank have never heard of 50:50 earning share...
shvoong distributes 10% of it's earnings with it's writers in a proportional manner, according to their content's hits and overall popularity.
meaning the more your content is views the more money your will receive, and if your content is viewed a small amount of times, and other's content is viewed a large amount of times you will be pushed down the earning list and earn less
shvoong is international with users from all contents, so there is a lot of competition over hits.
my advice to you is to promote your content on shvoong by linking to it.
it worked for me!

I am not saying anything about the amount of money they share with the writers. I am talking about my account that reseted to zero when I got to the 10 dollard minimum cashout. I saw in the net somewhere that that is a technical problem, but it was written in 2008. so I don't know :/

So... how is it going on know? have you get your payments., and if not, have you contacted the admin for it?? by the way, i am also a member too of shvoong, but i havent write anything yet.. i just do referring new writers, so that my earning increase very slowly and depend on my referred writers as of today when i made this post. any way, i hope that you get what you deserve it and shvoong really pays us! Good luck!

Yes, I've heard about shvoong, but the site is notorious for being slow earners. It pays only 10% of it's revenue to the writers while other sites offer 50:50 ratio. Try to write for other sites like Triond. It is much easier. No, shvoong is not a scam, they do pay, but earning from them will take a very long time.

I read people's story about getting paid by shvoong. I am not a member of it, anyway so I do not know why your earning being resetted to zero. Maybe you can contact the admins to get some explanation. Well, if you want to know about Triond, you can visit the site and read the faqs.

No, I have never heard of it, but if you think that it is a scam, it would be wise to search up the internet and go to some discussions and see what people say about it. Actually, I searched it up for you. Great. Yes, it's a scam. Here are some of my sources. :)
