i referred her, but i am not her boss. she was assigned to another department. after the incident, i had a chance to talk with her personally (out of the office) and she said she is being framed. that answer have pulled spikes from my heart. i told her to go to the hearing (a procedure under the labor laws before an employee can be terminated for cause) scheduled for her and present evidences to clear her name.
told her i will be praying for her.

Ya know, I CAN believe her as on my last job my supervisor wrote up false write ups on me. Write ups did not have to be discussed with the employee before they were turned in. I quit due to illness in the fanily and I let them know I would want to return a few months later. When I went back the higher ups tld me about the write ups. They also give me a BAD employmnet record to any other company that calls for a reference so I can not list them. I wish yourfriend the best.

Things like that happen, and it could have happened to me, but I proved myself not guilty to the director of nursing. Apparently someone was giving mis-measuring.. or maybe stealing doses of liquid Prozac in the nursing home I worked for. All the nurses were looking at me and trying to get the DON to look at me as the guilty part... and I said.. "Why would I have any contact with liquid prozac? I don't give it! It's not a scheduled med for my shift!".. it did come to a head and the guilty nurse was caught and gracefully terminated... she was given a chance to quit, rather than to being fired.

i believe she is clean but on how to prove it, she had to work on it really well. i went on leave during the time when the case was about to be heard. she knew it. i said to the management that i cannot join the panel because of some sickness (blahblah).
the boss gave her the chance to resign without much funfare because she could not prove herself.
she called me afterwards. she said she is sorry. told her, am still a friend. i got to see her after that. told her to start again. it will be difficult but i will be there to help her out.

there is really a good thing with discussion.
this friend of mine talked to me and said she is innocent. she said she is being framed.
i told her to face this case and i hope she can disprove the allegations.
told her i will pray for her and i will stay her friend.

when this friend told me that she doesnt know what to do and that she is very desperate, my heart went jelly and i know she needed a friend. after a few more talks, she said she is being framed.
this coming monday, december 7, she will face an inquiry.
i hope she disproved the allegations against her person.
told her i am still a friend.

am very glad that she was not under the department i am in or else i will become her direct superior.
she was given a chance to be heard but wasnt able to prove her innocence. she was terminated due to loss of trust.
i have talked with her after that, i said i am still a friend.

ive known her way back my college days. i knew of her previous work and employers and she didnt find any problem with her work.
its just so sad that things like this is happening. but i told her that i will be her friend. i will visit her again when i get time. hopefully on christmas day.
