i have seen a some menus that mostly include egg as one of the ingredients. but to cook the egg as solo or perhaps with some added ingredients, i only know 4 ways: boiled, sunny side up (fried), omelet, and cooked with sauteed onion, garlic and tomatoes. how else can i prepare it? any suggestions please.

Well, I don't think I can cook eggs in hundred ways. For boiling eggs, there are hard-boiled egg and half-boiled egg, right? Are they considered two ways?
As for omelet, I always fry with different ingredients, such as French beans, minced meat, carrot, onion, tomato, ginger, etc. Sometimes we cook some dishes, and just put the eggs inside, so that the eggs will have the taste of the sauce, such as herbal eggs.

I certainly think that eggs could be cooked at least a hundred ways. I put eggs in my fried rice. I also love egg fu yung. You can also poach eggs, and you can serve eggs sunny side up on top of beans and tortillas and covered with taco sauce. I also like to eat eggs over easy (which is sunny side up with a tiny bit of cooking over the soft yolk.) I like to eat them with hollandaise sauce. Here is a recipe for hollandaise sauce: http://www.ehow.com/how_5684570_make-hollandaise-sauce-holiday-meals.html
You could also fry up eggs with many different ingredients, and you could put many diffeent ingredients in an omelet as well.
Also how about egg drom soup.
