Hi there Hornhaggle
My Nurse has already written a few things down for me and actually some of what you have mentioned here, she did that for me 2 months ago
The Problem is my Lungs are so weak and I am so prone to infections so I am taking quite a bit here lol plus Tablets that my Consultant has prescribed me
But if you have any Links then do please give them to me as I am willing to try anything
Thank you so much for your Concern I really appreciate that

Darn I checked it out too not sure why its not showing as it was when I put it up.
Basicly says that the flu is less hurtful than the commomn flu adn can really be harnful for those who take it.
and that the Government was tring to scare us into something once again!

That link you gave wouldnt work.
I never get the seasonal flu shot, although I am supposed to as Im over 50. When I was a child they tested me for allergies to the flu shot and I was allergic to it. Of course, vaccinations have been refined a loit over the years, so probably I wouldnt have an allergic reaction now.
I get my dasughter to have the flu shot every year, and I will be organising for her to get the swine flu vaccination as well. This is because she is a competitive swimmer and they get sick a lot.

I wish I had kept the one that was on ethe news that is a runner she can still run but cant walk forward and this was after she took the shot.
If you have her get it I am in hopes that she doesnt get sick.

I NEVER get a flu shot. Our bodies already fight things like this naturally, and I don't want the strains to mutate and such! If I were in a high risk category, that might be different, but I am pretty healthy and don't work in healthcare or any fields that are required to get a flu shot, so I opt out.

I have never had one either and when my sont hat just got out of the service had his son refuse it at school I just knew its for Gunie pigs and not humans.
Nope I will not even get it if I was in a high risk group .

Thank you so much for posting this. I had already decided not to get the H1N1 shot because I had heard so much bad about it here on mylot and other places. I don't guess it's really necessary for me to get it, anyway, since I haven't been around very many people who have had it. I got the regular flu shot yesterday, like I do every year, and I didn't have any problems. I just hate to be sick. Kathy.

Calling the Nurse this morning
Hugssssssssssssssssss
