I'm wondering if anyone has any low-calorie, vegetarian chili recipes on hand, and if they care to share it with me! I am definitely a chili connoisseur (lol) and LOVE making it. It's the easiest thing in the world! But, on my quest to get "healthy", I'm trying to be more open-minded to low-cal dishes. Any tips or recipes to share? Thanks!

I usually make my vegetarian chili in a crock pot. I put everything in at first and let it all cook together. I use different kinds of beans. I have used black beans, small navy beans or mixed both in. Sometimes I throw in a few red beans too. Any of them make a good chili but my favorite is the navy beans I think. I put fresh onion and garlic in it. I also put tomato sauce or paste - either one or both in. Sometimes I throw in a little salsa if I have it on hand. Then I put red peppers in it along with some chili powder. You have to add the pepper/powder to your own taste. I like mine hot!
