All think that to be patriot ...mean to listen theirs country music, music from old times, who make your grandparents to feel good; but is your country music a modern music, who young like to listen in those days too?
People like English, American, maybe Spanish or Arabic music, even they are from other countries; i am right or not?
So, do you still listen your country music? or like more to listen international music, who all people like to listen? Do you think that who don t listen his country music is not patriot?

I listen to many different kinds of music. I love music from other countries for instanse Italian, Polish and Russian music, but I also like to listen to Danish music. Many Danes have chosen to sing in English instead of Danish, I like some of those bands, and I also like some of the bands that sing in Danish. When I was younger my father and I always listened to old Danish music in the car and I still have some of those old cassette tapes. I listen to them sometimes when I am in the mood for some Danish music

Frankly, I don't listen much to our country's original music because I don't like most of it. Most of our singers do covers of popular American songs on their shows and concerts, and their original song performances are based on the same foreign tunes. I appreciate only some music of our native language. I like listening to what's topping the US charts, some Korean music, Il Divo, and a few classics. In a way, that is unpatriotic so I show my patriotism in some other ways.

I listen to a lot of music from Eastern Europe, mainly Croatia, Serbia, and Russia. There is a Romanian program that comes on just before the Croatian show on our favourite local station, so I am able to listen to a bit of Romanian Gospel music. It's a neat program, has great music, and the opening and closing themes are really nice.

Yes, I actually do listen to mostly all-American music, but that's just more by coincidence than it is because I want to be "patriotic". I'm probably the least patriotic person on the planet, but I tend to listen to it just because it's.. there. No one has really introduced me to any other ethnicity's music, and so I tend to stick with what I know.
