Should developed countries be held responsible for paying to fight clima change?

Most people would agree nowadays that climate change is at least in parts man-made. But fighting climate change is costly and requires a willingness to change. Many people say there is little point for us to change if other countries don't do the same. But some underdeveloped countries might not be able to support fighting climate change financially. Should developed countries be fully held responsible?

In my opinion the developing countries are more to be blamed , i am not saying that whole mistake is of developed countries only but yes if someone has to be blamed more than they are develop countries as they refused to minimize the use of natural resources because they have a fear that developing countries will move up from them , they are not caring about humanity and yes even developing countries are also to be blamed , why are they not implementing energy saving products in their country? SO ultimately everyone is to be blamed.

We live in one globe so i would say we share the same responsibility on global warming issues. Only that for the developed countries they have the burden of greater work to mitigate their emission that contribute to global warming. More likely those that contribute pollution are not participating for the fight against climate change.
