Have you ever been in the news paper for an achievement or ability?

One year ago when I had an art exhibtion the news paper wrote a short article about me, and there was a picture of one of my paintings. Many years ago a news paper wrote an article about the school where I was a student, and a jounalist interviewed me and some of my friends from the school. My school was very interested in healthy food. The food that we had was different from the food at other schools, and that was the topic of the article. I think that is the only times that I have been in the newspaper. My brother is a professional golf player. There has been quite a lot of articles about him, and my mother has kept all of articles and made a scrapbook for him.

Yes, actually I was in a feauture for one of our state's newspapers. Complete with picture. But it wasn't about something I would want to relive, so I'll pass on the details. : )

When I was in the tenth grade high school we entered a science competition and we won.The next day my chemistry teacher cut the extract from the newspaper.I think that today the principal still has that picture in his office beside the trophy we won and he still brags about it and to think that we were the underdogs .

I was on page four of one of our national newspapers with three of my friends. They took our picture and interviewed us at an Iron Maiden concert. It was funny as the concert was on a Sunday and I rang in sick to work that day as I wanted to go to the pub with my friends before the gig. I never thought about having our picture taken at the time. I remember going into work the next day and my boss said to me "feeling better?", while holing the page of the paper open with my picture in it Luckily he did see the funny side of it and we lauged about it often,

hi,apple,that was the year May,1978,we got our 10th class results in paper..and the very second day,3 local news paper correspondants came to our house to have an interview as i stood FIRST in our region in getting higiest marks...that paper cutting was with me... Have a nice time.

Yes, i was in the community newspaper when I was in high school. That's because I won the first place in Feature Writing in the Division School Press Conference. :-)

I used to write a colum for a community newspaper when i was in high school, other than that, I was in the newspaper ws when a tornado was in the area and a tree fell on my roof. I was pretty interesitng.
