When was Canon A75 Marketed? (Digital Camera.).

I know this is a completely boring question for most of you, but I really need to know when a particular camera went on the market:
CANON A75
powershot
3.2 megapixels
If you have a link that would show proof of when it was marketed that would be even better. Not that I dont trust any replies, but I need to prove it to my ex-husband.
We are disagreeing over the camera.
I have had a good google search, and although there is plenty of info re the CANON A75, I cant find the date it was marketed. The year will do. I had a thought it was around 2004.

Wow! Brilliant.
For the first time, Im giving a best response straight away. I needed to know that info quickly.
Would you believe ex is being so difficult over the camera?
He insists that it was his, that he bought it when his son was born, 16 years ago. They didn't have digital camera 16 years ago.
Late today he sent me a pic of the camera. I had friends at swimming examine it, & they confirmed it was about 5 years old. My parents remember us buying it 5 years ago, as it was used to take photos at their wedding anniversary. My daughter remembers us buying & hubby giving his old one to his son.
I politely explain this in a brief text. I get a reply that says "wrong".

Thank you. I was only too glad to help. My exes never quibbled about anything but a good friend of mine went through hell with her ex as he even founght over the pots and pans and he never even knew how to cook!
