Remember the days of 9 to 5, when all you may have thought about was, "just wait until I retire, I'm going to"........ Well now that you have retired, are you fulfilling those dreams and having a good time in retirement? Is retirement all its been made up to be or would you rather be workimg?

I took early retirement (stopped working at 58). I do some work on the internet trying to earn so I don't have to go back to a regular job. And I'm doing exactly what I wanted to do. I made a good daily schedule so that I'm busy but not too busy if I want to do nothing on certain days. I do voluntary work. I teach, at no cost, my favorite book, the Bible. I get immense pleasure in doing that. I also educate myself in how to take care of my body so that it is the healthiest possible. I have time for my family and my friends. I'm also open to new things. I'm educating myself in the Forex trading business. There's nothing that I want to do that I can't do. I'm a person of few material things but have all that is needed and important. Enjoy your life everyday! Live the life you want to live!

...Hi again 1hopefulman. Well, I would say that you are living the life of Riley with a little seriousness thrown in. Good luck with the Forex trading, hope it becomes fruitful for you. Very well stated thoughts, that show a positive, rewarding and content life. It's a beautiful thing to read, stay in that good place that you have found. Take care always.

I planned for my retirement while I was working...I was going to spend days reading, sewing and doing embroideries and other sewing crafts. I accumulated many books and beautiful fabrics. I was also going to garden. What I actually do is spend most of my day at the computer...here and playing games. I am also a volunteer driver for the small community I live in. I take the handicapped and elderly to doctor and hospital appointments and those without transport to do their shopping. I love it.
