what type of christmas dessert do you have for christmas dinner?

just few days and it's christmas...it is family tradition for us to have different desserts and one the i love is crema de fruta cake and brazo de mercedes..what about you, do you have desserts for christmas dinner? what is your favorite dessert?

The traditional dessert for Christmas Dinner in England is Christmas Pudding. This is a steamed pudding made of nuts, dried fruit, candied peel, suet and flour. It is generally made in a deep bowl these days but originally it was tied in a cloth and boiled for several hours. This is why many pictures of Christmas Puddings show it as a round ball, generally with a sprig of holly stuck in the top and covered in a white sauce.

hmm..we won't be home this Christmas time since we are going on a vacation and leave on the 24th...but if ever we're going to be at home and have our dinner, then we would probably have the cheesecake that i bake, or possibly the brownies too. but for the past few years that i can still remember, we always have fruits and someitmes leche flan as our dessert. i don't know, maybe "tiramisu" i like it! and i can cook it very well. but there are a lot of dessert here, "panettone" "pandoro" and a lot of other desserts. If i'll eat tiramisu i think i'll cook it because i'm the best cook in my family.
I'll make it also tomorrow for my girlfriend she loves it and she eat a lot of tiramisu every time i make it.
