Christmas Pudding - Traditional Christmas Pudding
The traditional dessert for Christmas Dinner in England is Christmas Pudding. This is a steamed pudding made of nuts, dried fruit, candied peel, suet and flour. It is generally made in a deep bowl these days but originally it was tied in a cloth and boiled for several hours. This is why many pictures of Christmas Puddings show it as a round ball, generally with a sprig of holly stuck in the top and covered in a white sauce.

It's a bit too late to make it now (but why make it for Christmas only?). This is a good recipe: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/richchristmaspudding_8935.shtml

hmm..we won't be home this Christmas time since we are going on a vacation and leave on the 24th...but if ever we're going to be at home and have our dinner, then we would probably have the cheesecake that i bake, or possibly the brownies too. but for the past few years that i can still remember, we always have fruits and someitmes leche flan as our dessert. Happy holidays!

i don't know, maybe "tiramisu" i like it! and i can cook it very well. but there are a lot of dessert here, "panettone" "pandoro" and a lot of other desserts. If i'll eat tiramisu i think i'll cook it because i'm the best cook in my family. I'll make it also tomorrow for my girlfriend she loves it and she eat a lot of tiramisu every time i make it.
