Can you eat this without getting sick?

I had gastric bypass so I can't. I love eating ice cream a lot. I don't eat it any longer. I may try to eat it next year though. I hope all of you can eat and enjoy ice cream. If not for the surgery I would have problems with lactose issues.

hi sharon did you have lactose intolerance before or after your p by pass? I have heard you cannot eat a lot of food at one time afer a gastric bypass. I can eat icecream any time and love it but as I am a diabetic I must be very careful of the sugar and carb content. I can eat some brands of sugar free ice cream but others I cannot as they give me the bad trots. There are some pills you can take that will enable you to eat diary products without getting sick from them.
