"Retail Hell" - has anyone read this?

I heard about this book and I wanted to see if anyone's read it. I recently started working in retail myself, and I heard that it had some funny stories which might help me alleviate some stress that I have while working in retail myself.
Has anyone read this? If so, is it worth reading? What are your thoughts?

Sorry hon, I never read it, but from what I read about it on the internet it looks like it would be funny as h*ll! I work retail, too. You're right, it can be so stressful at times. Umf! I'm sure there is a used copy on Amazon or eBay that you could buy. Perhaps you could check your library to see if you can borrow a copy for free.
