|  I want to buy a laptop, something that can utilise most things on the market used with PC's, such as, ipod, external harddrive, card reader, wireless, bluetooth, usb, webcam... What brands are best? and who has the best deals. I have dealt with Dell for my PC and am thinking of using them for a laptop too. What do others use and who has the best deals? I need big storage and large memory.

| |  for me HP is good because of the old brand and nice specs and Apple because of the specs. i am using HP. built in webcam, 3 usbs, bluetooth and wifi. i can also recharge my ipod here. you can buy large memory if you want

Even though i'm a bit of a techy i haven't been able to iron out all the bugs she's seemed to pick up... programs just exiting for no reason, AND the fact that it wont run most .exe programs... | | | |

| | Dell is a good brand and very flexable in terms of use and what not. With the abuse I put my laptops through I get a good four to five years out of it. Which for a laptop is preaty good. If you are one of those types that constantlys turns it on or off all the time then you could get perhaps more, or less out of it depending on how well that power holds out. | |  yes you need general configurations as you mentione din your post so i think hp systems are ok also because for many models you can esely upgrade your hard disk space for a few money!!and even sony and dell i guess that you can take into consideration becauese normally have good hardware and lon life pc!!may be lenovo in many cases have more attituted to a business customers and systems than consumer one..
