And the explosives were in his shorts???  

I don't follow the news too much, and have been out of touch with the world for the past week because of my BF being in the hospital, but I did see some of CNN last night and about laughed myself silly.

On the screen was a pair of men's underwear, cut open to show the inside contents. Most of the time you would expect something soft and brown. Inside the underwear was EXPLOSIVES! It was stated that the underwear was from a terrorist that was going to blow up a plane. I assume it was the one that didn't succeed and was over powered by the passengers. I had read that they had stripped the guy naked so I guess they were the ones that found the explosives.

Okay, I sat there in my BF's hospital room wiping my eyes from laughing so hard. I know terrorism is a serious concern, but you have to see some humor in a guy so brainwashed that he is willing to roast his parts (sorry I am dying to say "roast his nuts") for a ridiculous cause. As it was he just kind of smoldered sitting there. Until the guy started beating the smoke and fire(?) out with his hands. UHHH, if you stop and think about it, during a day we sweat a lot in that area, and it would affect the disposition of a bomb. Then, with the anxiety and stress from knowing that you were going to detonate a bomb and blow up a plane load of people and an area of an airport you're going to sweat even more. Fortunately the sweat disabled the bomb and all it did was smoke and possibly crackle and pop and singe the guys "parts".

Kudos to the man that put out the terrorist's crotch. It takes a lot of guts to do something like that, even if the authorities got upset and nasty about the incident. The terrorist is going to walk funny for awhile! But too, it is interesting that he got through with the bomb and had the imagination to pack his shorts with the stuff...even if it didn't work.

Sorry, but I won't look at roasted nuts the same anymore.
