I checked with the Better Business Bureau and there wasn't any information on the company or the parent company BabyVision, Inc.

| |  I have never heard of this place before. You did the right thing by trying to look it up through the BBB though. You just cannot trust all of the sites online. Alot of places are scams. I hope someone knows more about it.

| | After posting I poked around a bit more and found out that the parent company sells on Amazon. Through Amazon they have a great rating.
I ended up not buying anything from them though because I found a set of receiving blankets normally $10 for $2.94 being sold directly by Amazon - stumbled upon that deal by accident. | |  This site is pretty amazing! I haven't purchased anything online. I'm under the age of 18 still. Two more monthas and I should be able to do all that kind of grown up stuff. I can totally wait for that to get here!

| |  I made a purchase and my experience with baby mall online was very bad. They have no visible phone contact on the site and the other option is by email which I am not happy with. I made a purchase of $77 and got and invoice on my email of $ 122.25 for 7 item I did not order suddenly appeared in my order. Things I did not click because they were Boys item and I was ordering for a little Baby Girl. I order 18 items and all of a sudden I have 26 items in my account. Tried to contact them after searching the whole site for a phone number but haven't talked to a human being yet. Send email and also no response. So beware of what site you order from if there isn't an available contact number don't use the site if it does call first and check if its a legit one.
