|  I just read a news that a criminal on the run was arrested because of his addiction to WoW~!! that's kind of crazy! the reason he was caught because his ip address and his billing address from Blizzard sold him off...and was search with Google map! unbelievable? another use of internet!!! catching criminal!! but i thought while signing up for an online game, the term and condition has guaranteed that our information will not be used in any other way than for the gaming purposes!?!?!! i'm not defending for the criminal...because he deserved what he had done, but isn't that violating our agreement from the game company? i would sue the game company and cover the penalty fined by the government!!!

It's under Acknowledgments and it says Blizzard has the right to disclose any user's IP address, chat logs, personal information, and other information in response to a request by a law enforcer, a court order, or other legal process. Hope this clears the confusion.
