I avoided pork and junk foods last Christmas and managed to maintain my weight, luckily for me it seems my appetite was not really working last Christmas and New year celebrations, it was so bad that I had not in a good mood to devour too much on food.
How about you were there any foods in the table you avoided last Christmas and New Year and why?

I didn't avoid any food during Christmas day because it was the time I got back to home after a break of six months. I ate everything and ended up having stomch upset for two days. I came back to work after 12 days of vacation this Monday. Many of my friends at work said that I put on weight and my cheeks have become more chubby.
Now, I am concerned about my weight. I decided to plan for a strict diet once my husband leaves to the place of his work. Now, he is in town and most of the time we travel and have a lot of food from resturants. Outside food is not good for health. It has a lot of preservatives which will add to your weight. I will start diet once he leaves in two weeks.
