| |  I don't think I'd tell anyone to never be angry or sad - that's just impossible!
What if your husband after 25 years decides to leave for another woman? I think it would be pretty impossible to keep a smile on your face!
The key is that its perfectly ok and normal to feel other emotions... to be angry, sad, jealous, etc - just don't dwell on it. Its the people who can't let go that are turning their lives over in a bad way.
So - how about, accept anger and sadness as a real emotion - and learn how to overcome them. When you sucessfully pull yourself out of a bad situation it makes you that much more confident and that much stronger in the future! And when you have self confidence on your side - you'll smile like never before!
