I found a super easy recipe that is for breakfast, but the great part it that you can cook it ahead of time and leave it in the fidge to grab in the morning.
Breakfast deviled egg.
You need-
12 Eggs
1/3 cup Bacon bits
parsley
salt
pepper
1/2Plain yogurt
Hard boil your eggs. let cool or run them through cold water. Peel all the shell off your eggs. cut each egg in half long ways, and take out the yolk and put all yolks in a bowl. crumble up your egg yolks and add the yogurt, salt, pepper, and at this point you can either mix some of your bacon bits it or start putting you egg yolk mixture back into you egg whites. I mixed some of my bacon in... it becomes soft in the mixture but still taste great. Now garnish with the rest of your bacon and some parsley.
now they are all done... just put them in a container in your fridge and grab a few in the morning.

That sounds like something you would receive on a plate in a restaurant, but soungs tasty.
Do you heat them up or eat them cold? And how long will it last? Do you eat them with anything else?

cold straight out of the fridge. I would keep them in the fridge for a couple days... not sure exactly how long they last. you could make something else to go with them, I even ate some for lunch with my sandwich!

That sounds really good. I love deviled eggs, and having something already made in the morning is always nice, I am famished when I get up in the morning. I also like to make a crustelss quiche. I can make that ahead of time and it will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days if it is covered properly. If you want the recipe let me know and I will get it to you.
