More sleeping

As everybody know more is harmful in every aspect. So avoid sleeping late but sleep at least 6-7 hours a day.

I usually oversleep most of the time because I always feel like my body needs it. I used to sleep around 1-3am everyday that's why I also wake up very late in the morning. Most of the time, the number of hours of sleep I have exceeds to 8 hours but there are also some times where in I really cannot get at least 6 hours of sleep. My body is always tired and sleepy that's why I always choose to sleep until noon time. I also work only in the evening and my job isn't that stressful so sleeping has already became my hobby.

Finally have met someone who also doesn't like to sleep to much! I sleep as you tell 7-8 hours a day, the needed minimum so that my organism can recover from the last activities and that you can feel relaxed. It is also something- when I sleep more, I feel myself more tired, than then when I sleep about 6-8 hours! Is it the same by you?

Haha... I'm rather sleepy now... so... good night! I never get enough sleep at all.

I usually sleeps around this time 6-7 hours, makes me feel more sleepy but in the end of the stay I still feel with energy, but if I sleep less, like 2-3 hours I wake up easyly, on the other hand in the end of the day I'm dying...
