***Things That Make You Go Ew, Ew, Ew!***

Well, I guess the Holiday Inn in Great Britain has come up with an idea for their guests ......they call it a new perk, 
HAH!
They are going to warm your bed for you before you go to sleep, 
isn't that really nice of them?.......oh, with what you ask? Um, a person. Uh huh, you heard right, a person.
They'll have someone come to your room before bed, in an all white fuzzy type outfit, get under the covers and roll around all over to warm your bed up. I say UGH! 
NO THANK YOU!
I mean, it might not bother some people, but I know I sure as heck don't want no human warming machine that I don't even know, rolling around all over my nice clean sheets while I'm on vacation.
I say a big ol' "EW, EW, EW" to that! What do you think? Would you really like someone rolling around on your bed while your on vacation, when you'd like to go peacefully go to sleep after your nice clean shower?

Funny you should mention this. When I turned to the 6 O'clock news today they had just had mentioned this exact story. (In their own words of course.) But, it doesn't change the fact that I reacted in a simular fasion. (in the back of my mind of course). In this technological-based world wouldn't you think they may have come up with something a little more, creative? What is this the stone age... no.... wait... that's an insault...
God what is this world coming to?

HaHa! Really now, what happened to heating blankets? Oh, those haven't been invented yet, right? We're still in the stone age like you said, oh wait a minute, they could heat the stones and put them in the beds. See, I just invented something for the future, lol! It's sooooo creepy to me, all I can keep saying is ew.

There are higher tech methods of doing this. They are called heated mattress pads or electric blankets. You would think that expense would be cheaper than paying a person to do it.

now thats weird but i'll bet some just dont care. i couldnt do it unless its a nice looking hunk of a clean guy
even then id have to have my pillows removed first. im a nut about clean pillows where i lay my face
which doesnt help the fact that i have to change them almost every other day because coco likes to lay right behind my head after i go to sleep at night

HaHa! I can see you ordering a nice hunk of a man over the phone, haha! . I just find it kind of icky. I get what you're saying about the pillows, for sure, nobody lays on my pillows! That's just another ew, ew, ew!

No, I didn't see that program, but you are sure right about Johnny Depp. Now I don't think I'd mind him wiggling around under the covers, haha! He is sooooo good looking!

Yuk no I would not like this at all
My Daughter works at the Holiday Express Inn as a Manager and I know she would not agree with that lol as she is like Mum on the Hygiene side lol but no I would not have that at all, I am sure will not be able to do this due to Hygiene and the Health and Safety Law

Well, supposedly, they'll be covered from head to foot in this white fuzzy outfit. I guess they feel that it's sanitary enough, but I think it's icky. They could be sterilized and I still wouldn't like it, haha. Yuk!

I do not think I need anyone to warm my bed for me. I think this is kind of funny, though. Wouldn't that be a job to have--go room to room warming beds in a little white fuzzy outfit.

That's how I feel about it! Give me hot rocks, give me an old victorian bed warmer, give me an electric blanket, but PLEASE don't give me a human person rolling around under my covers. Yuk!, not for me, that's for sure!
