| Lemonade Detox  | | | |  I heard about this from my co-worker this morning and she was very excited to try it. Of course, as all diets go I'm a bit weary of the process and did a little research of my own. I found the recipe, read about it's usage and side effects. Thought that it was more about starving yourself on some lemons and teas but supposedly the nutrients are already included in the recipe. Any successes here. Would love to hear about your results and if you're still abiding by this cleansing formula.

| |  thuhuong that is not something I would ever do as I have heard and seen the results from friends because what you are doing is making yourself sick, on purpose just to lose a pound or two of water,then when the body recovers you just gain it all back again. for diabetes this is completely forbidden, it causes you go go too too low. this is a silly process of starving the body and making yourself ill on purpose. you lose much more than you gain.
