Women are not equal to men in our society

Hi..sreejith A vey good point for discussion. Men and women are equal creatures. Realizing this fact and mutual respect will help the society to live better. Equally I am against the so called feminism. Educate the girl child, they will prove their worthiness.

It is a problem which almost every country has been facing since a long time. Men are supposed to be much more superior than women. But with time and increase of education worldwide the situation is changing to some extent. The women of these days have got much more power than they had never before. The society is giving respect to them as well. In some cases t00hey are moving ahead of men. But still some modification is required so that they get equal rights.

i agree. i think women are strong in a subtle way and people dont realize that usually women that hold families together

Hallo...I think this still happen in my society, women and men still not equal. I know that some of the company in my town, they will employ the men with higher salary and better facilities rather than women, although for the same post. For the men , they will get 10years contract , once they fullfill it, they will get a house from the company. But women will not have this kind of offer, the reason is most of the women here ,will resign once they get married, so seldom will work for the company more than 10years. And the company will prefer to hire men rather than women. Although we always say that Women and Men are equal, from what I see is that our society hasn't reach that state yet.
