This Is Not The Beginning Of A New Decade  

I now this discussion would have made better sense if wrote 1/1/2010, but I was just hoping logic would finally start working. I just could not take it any more. 2011 begins the new decade. The first year was year 1 so the first decade ended Dec 31, year 10, the second decade began January, 1, year 11. Remember how the new millenium began 2001 not 2000? Well decades work the same way, 1991 to 2001 to 2011 and on and on it will go.
