Dinosaur Train? This is a show that even captures my hubby's attention. My son is 14 months old. And even he will sit still and watch. I think this a wonderfully informative show and fun! Is there a show that you can sit and watch with your kids?

Yes, its a nice show!
If you want to know more about dinosaurs this is definitely a must for you.
And a nice past time to share with your kids, specially if they are interested on Dinosaurs too.

My kids have watched it a few times. I think it's nice. My boys don't like it quite as much as some other shows, but they will watch it... at least the 3 year old. The 2 year old isn't much interested in TV no matter what is on, but the 3 year old has always been a couch potato. His favorite PBS shows are Curious George and Super Why... but he'd prefer to watch Dora and Diego on Nick.

My daughter adores Dinosaur Train!
She loves learning about the dinosaurs
and it's a good science lesson.
Often we go online to learn more about the
various types of dinosaurs or get printables
and do lessons on the subject after
the show is over.
The Dinosaur Train is a good starting point
for very young children.
My daughter also loves old movies like
The Ugly Dachshund and That Darn Cat (60's version).
She watches those movies whenever she can.
And, though I've seen those movies a billion
times before, I watch them too.
So does my spouse.
Not sure why. Just good, clean fun.
Not many movies are that safe anymore.
So it's nice to find a couple good movies
that don't have subtle adult themes or deal
with topics that little kids can't understand.
We all like Spongebob cartoons.
He's harmless enough!
LOL!
We watch at least one episode a day online.
It's a fun bonding experience.

I like this one as well. It's nice to have another kids show that teaches something outside the baiscs of abc & 123's KWIM? My son & my girls like it but the boy more so.
But really anything on pbs is something we can all watch together.
