|  Has to be! He's the High Muckety-Muck of the Church of Global Warming/Climate Change, right? Well, at the base of their dogma is that Humans Can & Do Affect World-Wide Weather. So, if you take this premise & run with it (as he certainly has, to the tune of millions), then, given his massive efforts to halt "global warming," then I say--it worked!
The world lost its ability to let the sun heat it because Al Gore & his minions have reversed the trend, & now we're freezing our keisters off!
I say we should sue the clown for all the money these blizzards he gave us have caused!
