|  i always believe that wedding ring is one of the important things that a couple should prepare for on their wedding. but when i got married, me and my husband got no time for finding the best wedding ring because we lack out of time. our wedding schedule has been moved because his agency has been calling him for work, he is a seaman. and so what we got is a very simple wedding ring, my husband told me that we will just get the one we really want when he arrives. i am just thinking if is it proper to have another pair of wedding ring?what we have now is a gold one and it could last long, what we want to buy is a more bigger one with diamonds. what do you think?

| |  Whatever works for you. You could put your original ones on your right hand after you get the new ones, and if you have lots of children, you will have more rings to pass onto the next generation. Imagine if you have four children, and only two rings? Who will inherit them?
My husband and I could not afford rings when we got married, and Mom gave us my grandparents rings. That was nice, because they are big, beautiful, and exactly what we were looking for. We love them.

| |  I think that it shouldn't matter how many wedding rings you go through until you find the one you want. As long as you are happy that is all that matters. Some couples don't even have tradition wedding rings. Some tattoo the ring on, and some get a necklace or something like that instead. My husband and I have gold bands that are heirlooms. We started out with a very cheap ring until we were offered these rings.

| |  I think the original one is the most precious,because at that time,you got married,no matter the ring is the gold or with a big diamond,that is the only one.

| |  Well I guess there is really no concrete rules about wedding rings. I have a very simple one also and I still wear it to this day. I guess I am happy with it no matter how simple the ring was but the meaning of that is more important than all the things in it.

| |  My boyfriend and I are designing our rings around my engagement ring which is an Irish design on the band. Kind of like a Celtic knot on the band. It looks good. We dont have time to shop around but I know what I want and he has been looking when we have free time for the engagement ring that is perfect.
