Subjects  

hi! when I was a student I actually didn't have some school subjects that I hated, maybe the mathematics, but I didn't hate it, it just was too difficult to me and I was very uneasy in the math class, because I do the sums very slowly and thought the everyone is waiting for me. from all the subjects my favorite ones were the Literature and the History! I learned them and still learn the Literature at the university with such a pleasure

My favorite subjects are Chemistry , geography and sport.
I really hate biology , french and music ( although i love music )

I loved gym class as everyone does. For normal subjects I always loved Math class. I think it was because it came natural and I found Math to be easy. My father was an accountant so maybe that has something to do with it. I always did so well with numbers. I used to hate History but it grew on me as I got older and found it interesting to learn about the past. Art was always fun but frustrating sometimes because I was not so great at drawing and painting.

When I was in school, I always loved the maths and sciences. Did not care much for history or language. And the funny thing was my sister was the exact opposite. She would be happy to sit and write papers but don't ask her to add two numbers together.

Having read the response you have recieved till now it is funny to see that this pattern holds true for most. If you really like language and history then not so fond of maths and sciences.

Hello ET! I wouldnt recommend not going to school, so dont get me wrong, but I hated going to school.

I enjoyed only 2 subjects: Geography because our teacher was this tiny, little old woman who had traveled the world and she would show us where she's been. So it was like sitting at home watching a movie.

Literature was my second favorite: Our teacher would start telling us a story and he'd stop at the best part. We'd all have to rush to get the book to read the end, then write about it. I love when someone tells me a story.

I hated maths also but I was good at it when I found the right teacher. When you dont like a subject, dont suppose its that specific subject you dont like, you just havent met the right teacher yet to help you discover it.

My favorite subject is English it has been a long time since I have been in school. I love to write so when we had to do essays on subjects I loved it. I hated math and science never did well in those subjects. It is also hard to study subjects when you don't have a interest in them. Math was hard for me as well. I still have to use the adding machine. Still try to study you have 4 years left right? You said you started high school it will go by fast. You may find some new subject you will like.

it's normal to have favorites, including subjects. sometimes, we feel bad when we had difficulty grappling with certain subjects. and presto, we hate them. on certain subjects, where we get along and pass without a breeze, then that's our favorite. elementary and high schools subjects embrace the whole range of academic preparation we need before choosing a career. later on, you will pursue a career related to the subject you like most and appear easy to you and discard careers related to subjects you have difficulty dealing with, or simply hate.

when in school my favorite subjects is biology, history, Sport, and English. I don't like math either but the I hate the most is Physic

I liked maths (unlike you) as i had developed a liking for numbers i dont know why but it was there , but now when i an doing engineering i really hate them..
as they say excess of anything is bad..

i didnt like subjectas like social studies or History (well i really hated history)
but now i think they were not that bad...

Its amazing how things change..
