| When you are depressed what kind of foods do you like to eat? I've read online that there are certain foods that can worsen or minimize a feeling of depression. Foods that are best when you're depressed are those with high in folate such as potatoes, banana, liver, fish, seafood and dark chocolate, or a cup of hot/cold chocolate. | | Well I love to eat. I eat almost every 2 hours. Or when I have nothing to do, I go downstairs and eat everything. I also like to cook. But I cook more so I can eat more. When I am depressed, I tend to lock myself up in my room and cry or listen to music. For me, food doesn't taste as good when I am not in the mood to do anything but be miserable. Even though I still when I'm depressed, I never become too picky unlike when I am in my normal state.
